- The paper was not delivered on time, three times this week.
- I canceled before for the same issue.
- I hoped this would improve, but it is worse.
You can do better by delivering the paper on time I didnt get it 3 times this week and Ive had that problem before thats why I had canceled so I thought this time would be better but it seems to be worse

Unable to speak to some one.
I am getting a news paper daily that I didn't not ask for. Some one is not getting their paper. I will not put my address on this site.
I do not read the paper it goes straight to recycle.

Missed 3 papers this week and thats why I had canceled before so I thought Id try again but it got worse this time last time it wasnt this many and the credit youd give me is to extend my payment a couple of days but that doesnt help me any because I do auto pay so I get nothing out of that!!!

- I canceled my subscription, but they switched to digital without my knowledge and kept withdrawing money from my account.

I don’t subscribe to the Express News, but I keep getting the paper everyday. My husband and I have called repeatedly, talked to supervisors, emailed the editor twice, and we still continue to receive the paper.
We don’t want them accumulating in our driveway when we travel! It’s very frustrating when we have been told the problem will be resolved, but we still get them.
In fact, we got two in one day, and my neighbor got three in her driveway. Just ridiculous this can’t be easily rectified.
We do not have a subscription with your paper, but it keeps being delivered to our house. My husband and I have called repeatedly to stop delivery of the SA Express.
We have talked to supervisors, and it keeps being delivered. When we are traveling, we don't want papers accumulating for safety reasons. Today it was thrown in my rock bed, which is unsafe for seniors to walk on to pick it up.
We want it to stop being delivered to 6627 Shady Bend Dr, 78256 immediately!
