Automated call cant find my phone number. Cant take care of my problem of not getting my newspaper this Sunday and the previous sunday

Tried for months to get sub delivery all I get is billed apologies and promises talked to rep today believes paper being stolen or left out from t never received any papers and this guy seems to think I'm lying express has records of the multitude of calls and complaints no action taken except well escalate to top be careful of field repsbe careful of field repsbe

Spoke to rep today at1215 my account is active but no paper this rep seems t I think my situation is not possible claims stolen dropped outside front

I have never received anythinge

Promised Sunday delivery over 9 months I get nothing but chased for pmt crazy number of calls mgmt does not. Talk to customers

Won't help, very uncooperative and unhelpful. Tried to get some help sharing my account with family members and they wouldn't help. Can't get to the right people to help you.

1st...I am not a "pissed consumer". Change the title.

2nd...Delivery has been flawless for a long time.

This is the first time I can remember any problems in years.

I receive the paper only Fri-Sunday. Perhaps there is a new delivery person.

3rd...I appreciate the service rendered by the Customer Service rep on a Sat morning.

Missed are getting more frequent. Weve misse 3-4 papers in the last month.

Weve been customers for many years and have not had this many missed papers before.sAlso, delivering the missed paper the day after it is due makes it old news. Most news has been reported multiple times in other media by then.

Home delivery on Sunday is getting awful. In the last 8-10 weeks, my paper has not been delivered 4 times. I have called to complain but of course since I live in Pleasanton Im *** out of luck! The local delivery person just goes back to bed and Im without a paper, I dont even get the paper a day late in the mail. I know there is a problem just like everywhere with getting people to work, but Im the one suffering. I requested an adjustment to my bill since I never received the 4 papers, but of course thats just talk on your part. Perhaps the cost of the papers should be deducted from the delivery persons pay. I told customer service Sunday to get their *** out of bed and deliver my paper, Im sure there were extras, but of course they didnt happen. I doubt the person I talked to even passed along my complaint to the right people. You manage to get your bill to me promptly, too bad the same cant be said for my paper delivery.

CHANGED TO ONLY SUNDAY PAPER & ON 5/21 THAT ONE WAS MISSED & COULD NEVER REACH ANYONE TO BRING IT TO ME

LOUSY SERVICE - IF I CAN'T EVEN GET IT ONCE A WEEK WHY EVEN PAY FOR THAT. I AM WAITING UNTIL THIS SUNDAY TO DECIDE WHETHER TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ALL TOGETHER.

Upon contacting Co. which was difficult to accomplish, had to go thru cancellation dept.

to register complaint. Was never delivered Friday 10/07/022 paper as promised.

For the last two Fridays My paper was not delivered. I receive weekends paper and most of the time, at least one day is not delivered.

My Sunday paper was delivered this morning without my TV Weekly being included. I sent a request to the San Antonio Express-News to redeliver because of an incomplete paper. The second paper arrived but it also excluded my TV Weekly.....
